The Beyond IP Mastercourse Program provides an opportunity for university graduate/post-graduate students, professionals, executives and other government officials to acquire a deeper knowledge of IP, and how it can be used as a tool for sustainable development.Now on its 5th run, the Beyond IP (BeIP) Mastercourse: IP x Sustainable Development Goals Edition is a comprehensive 5-day face-to-face training program covering a wide range of IP topics such as patents, trademarks, copyrights, and how these can be harnessed to support the Sustainable Development Goals. It will also delve into the legal and ethical issues arising from the introduction and use of green and emerging technologies.
The program will be taught by seasoned lawyers in the practice and subject matter experts who have a deep understanding of the legal and technical aspects of intellectual property and sustainable development and their intersections. The curriculum will include lectures, interactive discussions, case studies, and hands-on exercises to help attendees gain a practical and in-depth understanding of the material.
