IP Code Decoded

This course will introduce  participants to the fundamental concepts and  principles of  Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act 8293) and the current landscape of patents, trademarks, and copyrights and their different features and nature. It aims to provide participants the legal understanding of intellectual property rights (IPRs) and intellect property (IP) assets as well as all aspects of IP, such as creation, registration, and protection, enforcement of IPRs, and the available remedies to creators, innovators, and inventors.
